March 7th.2011 I bought 6months worth of car insurance through progressive, for plain old no fault insurance, which pays nothing. Thetotal cost for two cars was $711.10 I paid cash in full. Then by may 2, 2011 I get a notice for a underwritting and rating secision to raise me and add two people which don't even live at my address and one of the persons don't even have a drivers licence in the state I live in. Now I'm being billed for an extra $290.00 for the 6months of no fault insurance. Add the two up so far its a total of $1001.10 for just plain no fault insurance which pays nothing in the end. I didn't send a payment..I figure I would just ride out my insurance til the end of my 6months was ended. Then I just received a cancellation 3 month before my policy was to end. And a amount bill for $300.00 now..I still didn't send anything in...now I get a cancellation notice and a final total bill me oweing $56.00...what the hellllOoooo is going on here? I've been driving for for a little over 30 years andnever once made any claims on any car insurance policy ever! I have a very close perfect driving record..and I always buy insurance for 6 months at a time. Why am I being treated like I'm. Stupid or something. And since hen has the insurance compaines become bigger then God almighty Himself? Progressive and other compaines are the biggest scam in our country today..beside the banks. Thy add people to your policy any time they want to..they always leave a mark on your credit reports. And they judge you by your credit scores...to how much they feel they should charge you. This is the biggest scam and I'm sick to death seeing our tvs and radio stations being flooded with greedy car insurance compaines...the flos andstan..and caveman ads. Eeeeeee! And grrrrrrr!
