Progressive Contractor Solutions No integrity, wrongfully installed,ridiculously poor customer service with curse words and rude text messages!! Okla

In the process of buying our home we had our garage door replaced by a company called Progressive Contractors Solutions. (February 2011) This month (July 2011, 5 months after installation) when closing the garage door the top panel buckles because the mechanism is glued to the garage instead of bolted. I did my research with other companies to figure out if this is normal and I have found out the opposite, aside from this there is supposed to be a support beam at the top of the door that adds support and reinforcement to that top piece which is also not there. They also should have changed the springs and tracks when replacing the door which they did not do either. When I contacted the contractor, (Tony) he cursed at me on the phone when he thought I was being ugly (I have an aggressive personality which I explained and apologized that I came off that way) Later in the day after finding everything out I asked him to fix it and he told me to call the company I had contacted and have them fix it because he was not interested in going through this. Tony came over this morning with an already byst opinion that this was not at any fault of his and blew smoke up my rear as if I am an uneducated women with half of a brain. Upon him leaving I had Lance come over from Garage Door Systems to give me a 2nd opinion since this is all he does and has been doing since 1983. He showed me what was missing and how this wouldn't of even happened if that support beam was on the door like its supposed to be. He said the beam comes with every door, Tony tried telling me with this "low grade" door it doesn't require bolts or anything other them glue for installation. I have saved every text message from Tony and all my correspondence from the other companies about how to correctly install a garage door, I have pictures as well! I donâ€™t know what else to do and its clear the company is not having integrity in this situation.
