I ordered my daughter's prom dress 4/15/11. The website said 18-20 processing days, 3-7 shipping days. I was assured via email that the dress would be here by May 19th. I have emailed several times and on line chatted with their customer service. As of yesterday, I was told by "Jessica" the dress would arrive by May 19th and not to have any worries. Well, TODAY, I was told by "Tasha", there was a flaw with the dress, it was destroyed because the quality wasn't up to par. HOW THE HE** did this happen. They took my money the day I ordered the dress and now 1 month and 3 days later I am being told NO DRESS. How do I tell my daughter this???? Her one and only prom and this has happened. I asked to speak to a manager, "Tasha" said there's only one manager and that person is not there. I asked for a phone # yesterday from Jessica and was told the phone need repaired. I asked for a number to call once the phone was repaired and she never responded. I have contact the Better Business Bureau about this. This place NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN. Can't someone see all the complaints this company has and shut it down. They are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and LIARS. They knew da*& well I was not going to get this dress and they tell me 2 days before the dress is to arrive. I AM FED UP AND HAVE BEEN TAKEN FOR MY MONEY and most of all time. I could have got the dress from somewhere else.
