Promgirl store credit says I have no email cant log in deleted my account Internet

In 2011 I registered for a site called Promgirl.com. I used Promgirl online to order a dress in May 2011. I recieved the dress and was unhappy with it so I sent it back and got store credit in return. In June 2011 I ordered a new dress with some of my store credit, but since then I still have $250 worth of store credit left that I would like to use. In order to use this I have to log onto my account on Promgirl. Everytime I try to log on a message pops up saying "The username and password combination you tried is not correct." I thought maybe I got my password wrong, so I tried resetting my password. In order to do this I must give them my e-mail address. I did and I got this message- "We could not locate a user account for the email address you specified. Please try another email address or sign up for an account." This isn't possible considering I have ordered from them before using the same e-mail address and becuase i'm still recieving advertisments from to my e-mail. I have used their "Online Chat Help" three times, being told by each online helper to e-mail different people. I e-mailed these people three weeks ago and still have not been getting any replies. I contacted [email protected] and the best reply I got was an automated message saying "Thank you for contacting us! We have received your inquiry and are assigning it to a representative. You can expect to receive a response from us within one business day." It's been a week and I still havn't recived any replies so I decided to call and speak with a representative about my issue. The lady on the phone told me she didn't know how to help me and that she'd "Look into the problem and get back to me withthin the day.' It's been a week and I havn't heard back from her. The site owes me store credit, and information on how I can get my account back. Yet instead they are ignoring me and putting the issue off. I would appriciate any help Ripoff Report could offer. Thank you.
