I am in the fight of my life right now trying to get my refund back from these jerks! I ordered the 7 inch netbook for my 7 year old back on Oct.1. That was the worst mistake of my life. First off it took them almost a week and a half (and alot of phone calls and emails) to send me a confirmation. When I finally did receive the netbook (on Oct. 17) it did not work. I called them right away to ask for a refund , all they did was refer to their website. I followed all their steps, packed in a secure box, paid extra to get insurance and paid the return shipping fees. The package was delivered and received by them on Oct. 21. Now its Dec. 7th and I have still not received my refund. I'm literally emailing and calling them every other day. And now when I call they just automatically put me on hold and leave me there. Well my frustration has finally topped off! And I am now looking into suing them. I am done playing. I have never had an experience like this before. All I want is my freaking refund! And than I don't ever, ever want to have to deal with this company again! Please if u r reading this...please, please, don't ever do any business with ProSource Wireless!!! U will regret it! They r underhanded and should be put out off business. I wish that I had looked up their company and did more research. But I guess u live and learn.

I feel your pain. I'm actually trying to get a hold of this company myself, but am receiving a message the number has been disconnected, would you be so kind as to share the number you have? I'd like a refund as well.
