BLATANT THEFT -- All of our goods did not arrive. Mainly high-value electronic items, that have yet to be recovered, some items that did arrive came damaged. The delivery crew failed to set up my children's bedroom furniture correctly causing damage to beds. Our initial quote was doubled at the time the packing was finished. We have tried to address these issues with Public Van Lines' GM but continue to get the run around. We were not treated in a manner that is stated in this company's mission statement. We wrote an extensive letter capturing the chain of events from pick up to delivery; capturing all items that were stolen and damaged but still no response. We made contact starting from the very day our household goods were delivered, and items found to be missing, have yet to hear from the GM on this issue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
