Beware! The Costa Rican company Pura Vida Web Design and his owner Louis Kreuzahler is a total scam and unethical. He took our money claiming to deliver in one month and end up providing a half-done job 6+ months later!


We fled to another web design and online marketing supplier when we saw another complaint filed against his company. When asked to provide sensitive password information related to services paid by us his response washanging up the phone.


We will proceed to pursue legal recourse hopefully to help avoid others to drop into his scam

I'm getting very tired about sites who allow anonymous scumbags ruin a hard earned reputation simply by writing some bogus stuff on the net.
I understand that sites like Scam Informer and Rip off report are trying to protect consumers, but on the other hand those sites allow anyone writing some fake complaints about anybody, I think that this system would work a lot better if they would have to proof those accusations - at least to the legal department of those sites - before the post goes online.
