Purchased a three piece sectional; wedge was on backorder 1-2 days. Received the other two pieces - two love seats, wanted to see how fit would be, but after 7 days, still waiting on wedge; decided would rather have one love seat and one couch (same price) rather than the two loveseats; even though the wedge still wasn't delivered, I called them and told them I wanted to exchange one love seat and have them deliver a couch when and if they ever delivered the wedge. House was not being lived in, as we were just getting the basics delivered. The items had not been used at all. They said they would not take back the love seat and exchange it for a couch; I told them that I still didn't have the wedge and if they had delivered the wedge when they had said they would, I would have immediately been able to tell them I wanted to exchange the love seat for the couch. They refused; I told them how much money I had already spent with them and that I was just beginning to furnish this vacation home; they said they didn't care. I asked if I could speak to someone higher up, and was told there was no one.
