I took my car to purrfect auto on W craig rd, LV and they said it was an intake valve and I would not be charged for the diagnostic if repairs were made in shop. They had me sign invoice after repairs were made and charged me for diagnostics a total bill of $500. I only made it two blocks and my car broke down. The mechanic/manager insisted it was the transmission. I said it was under warrenty. I called the transmission shop and they said they would tow my car for a 2nd opinion. 2 hours later purrfect auto said they mis-diagnosed my car that it was the fuel pump. They finally after 2 hrs agreed that if I bought the fuel pump they would put it in at no cost. After returning with the pump they said take it back the owner says we will put the fuel pump in on the house. On Thursday, I picked up my car and they refused to give me an invoice saying they replaced the fuel pump. Friday I went back asking for an invoice and the manager said I did not replace your fuel pump I replaced your catelytic converter. Finally I said fine I would like an invoice showin that. The man that was introduced as the owner/another manager it depended who you talked to said no. I said I had the right as a consumer to get an invoice he then said F.U.C. (very bad) I said I beg your pardon and he stated whats the matter don't you understand English and he repeated it. He then asked if I wanted to F him nad to leave his f'n shop. I said that I just want an invoice. They continued screaming so I left. Real CRAZY people!!!!!! They should be shut down!!!!!!!
