Contacted Qresolve due to computer problems. They guaranteed to fix computer or money back. I paid them $199.00 to remotley worked on my computer until it froze up and was stuck in safe mode. They did not know what to do at this point and asked me to purchased a recovery disc from my computer manufacturer for $250.00. And left me hanging with a computer unuseable.

I payed qresolve 509.00 on 2-22-11. for a computer cleanup for 3 yrs. My computer was frozen and could not get into my internet. On same day I spoke with Sachin Verma. I found out he is no longer with the company. I continue to call him and spoke with others up until Saturday of last week. They say the only had on record that i did not call back until June of this year. And now I am not qualified to be refunded. Everyday I tried to get my monies. They said they would call me back. and never did. I trusted your company and i feel that i had been used. I am on disability and can't afford to waste money. I needed help and did not receive help. 1 person was very rude. said that they can try again with the next computer i buy. I am a very disafied customer. I have been waiting and calling my back the refund was not posted back to my account. Instead i keep getting the run around. Please refund my monies.

they did me the same wat, they took me off as administrater, were not able to fix told me i needed a new opp disk and spare computer, never recived money back, and not able to down load or any addm, functions, i am also disabled, iguess they prey on people like us harry wilson.
