i was the top bidder on auction 520199515 "250 bid voucher" ther is no doubt that I was the high bidder because I was being aggressive by staying in the first position in the last few minutes of the auction. I was in the first position when the timer ran out and they gave the auction to another bidder. I contacted about the auction and they only refunded my bids, and thats bull. I was excited when the auction ended because I was in first postion but was upset when they gave it to the bidder in second position. I would have been satisfied if they would at least awarded my the voucher and refunded my bids.

They have a long way to go getting the bugs worked out of the site and really need to get better at customer support. I cancelled my account because of the poor customer support and poor auction pages. If you plan on joining anyway better have a deep pocket book, you have to buy bid blocks at a cost of cents for each bid and it takes no time to use 100 bids "$60.00"

And forget about contacting them after hours with a problem.

I would no way recommend this site until they get all the bugs worked out, better customer support and after hours help.
