Today I received a call from an individual named "Prince" with a VERY heavy Indian accent from 1-866-662-2747 claiming that he was from the "Microsoft help desk" . He immediately told me I had a virus on my Laptop and directed me to Ammy.com so that he could take remote control over my laptop to show me this "virus". Please DO NOT allow these people from taking remote control over your laptop as they are a scam operation.

Yesterday (8/17/2013) I received a call from a woman who claimed she was with Microsoft help desk and she had a Indian accent, she told me that she received many reports stating my computers had many errors and if I didn't get this fixed right away my computer would crash. Then after explaining to me what needed to be done, she would connect me to the technician to get the computer fixed. I was skeptical at first, and I should have not allowed her to transfer me to the (fake) technician, he also had an Indian accent and claimed his name was Mark Williams...well, he directed me to the Ammyy.com in order for him to remotely fix my computer...well, like a fool I let him try to fix my computer remotely and as I was watching him so call fix my computer, this fool was going through all my files and pictures, and he even went on youtube to look at videos of naked women, and I closed up everything and cursed him out before I shut down my computer. This fool also claimed he worked for the Dell company, and there was a foreign IP address and this person who had this Foreign IP address hacked into my computer, and I needed to install software in order to block this person. Well, this fool tried to charge me $300.00 to take care of this matter, and I let him know he was not getting money from me. Well, after this ordeal, I contacted Dell and the representative informed me that no reports came to them regarding viruses on my computer or a foreign ip address. I was so mad after I got off the phone. Is there anyway I can report these scummy scammers?
