Nora Sahraoui and Glenn Harris (If it is their real name) put in place a Scheme to defraud… a kind of a systematic, ongoing course of conduct with intent to defraud governmental agencies and consumers for financial gain… and of course they do exploiting, lying, stealing work, ( Hairstylists/Makeup artists, Photographers, Press, Fashion Show Productions, Bookers…etc.) to put their ILLEGAL project together!

> Fact: Mohamed Salem Sahraoui, Nora father must have a finantial interest in “Xela” or/and “Xela Fashion” FRAUD because he did with his wife the trip to Miami from Marseille to assist to the “Xela” Fashion Show at the Setai on 10/20/2011 knowing that his daughter is not a “Fashion designer” and that “Xela” is a scam.

Mohamed Salem Sahraoui must known that is daughter was running an illegal business under his own roof!!!

> Fact: My Friend Jerome Vincenti called in France Mohamed Salem Sahraoui, Nora father to explain to him that his daughter could go to Jail and that she owes him money. He seemed scared, was supposed to call Jerome back… he did not!!!!

1- The truth behind “XELA FASHION” and “XELA”:

Nora Sahraoui told me that her father has a textile business in south of France, Marseille, NOT her.
Nora said to a photographer that her father owns a “Fashion House” in Morocco!!

> Fact: The only legal business Nora father owns is a crappy, small place where he sells pizzas and sandwiches… on 23 Avenue Camille Pelletant Marseille, France.

Her business was about selling items like sneakers, shirts, sunglasses, bags... etc.) from home, her father house!!... so ILLAGAL!!
Nora used NOURA as a first name to register PRIMODE… what is her real name???
She owes money!! Her business is in Collection with the legal department in France.
She attempted to register this illegal business with a fake address: 23 Boulevard Roland- dorgeles instead of 2 Boulevard Roland Dorgeles corrected two years later by the Court of Commerce.

If you Google "2 Boulevard Roland Dorgeles Marseille France) the picture of Nora father house where Nora lives (2 Boulevard Roland Dorgeles 13014 Marseille, France) and where she was or still does run her illegal business is not a commercial zone and there is not a commercial sign.

> Fact: According to the facts that she is travelling to place like Morocco, Shanghai, Hong Kong... etc., place well known to manufacture counterfeit goods and selling illegally sportswear.: strong possibilities that she was (or still does) selling COUNTERFEIT brought with her in her suitcases… WE HAVE HERE A PATTERN WITH XELA FASHION /XELA!!)

So Nora Sahraoui travels to places like Honk Kong, Guangzhou (China), Morocco, Shanghai… which are the “Factories of the occidental world”.

It is not a scoop to say that those places are full of textile factories with very inexpensive labor that distribute their products all over European countries and US.
In fact, Nora Sahraoui visited suppliers in those countries, bought from factories cheap clothing all made and designed then brought back with her in her suit cases to Miami, US some simples to sell it illegally for big bucks, tax free, through the web site www.xelafashion.com pretending to be the head designer and principal of “XELA FASHION, LLC.”, a fake company.

Fact: Nora Sahraoui actually exposed a photo on Facebook of herself in a factory in China as she wrote on her web site and for the press, (FACTORY NOT ATELIER or WORKSHOP) on July 2011 where she is pretending to choose some items supposedly to confection a dress for her supposedly 2012 collection.

God she looks so fake on the picture, it is obvious that she posed to misleading the Fashion Industry in Miami and prospective customers.
On the background of the picture we can see clearly a dress all done that had been used for the photo shoot on April 16, 2011 here in Miami and to sell on the web site “Xela Fashion”.
If Nora Sahraoui was preparing the new collection for 2012 on the picture, why this dress from her supposedly old collection was in the background!!!

At least we know where Nora Sahraoui got one of her dress she used for the photo shoot in Miami that she claimed to design, The FACTORY OF TONY ZOU in China as she wrote herself in the press all over the web!!!

We are far away from the Bull#$%t that Nora Sahraoui wrote with Glenn Harris about herself to justify her different trips those last three months; “Choosing special fabric for her new collection…” or “…to be inspired for her designs…”… etc…

The reality does not sound so glamour isn’t it?

In order to put her scam on a market, Nora Sahraoui with Glenn Harris created a website www.xelafashion.com , to display the clothing with the attempt to sell it illegally. So they of course organized photo shoots to put pictures of those clothing on the web site and Fashion Shows to publicize their fraud using and misleading company like “Funkshion”, “Elite”…, hurting financially people like hairstylist, photographer…”!!!

2- “XELA FASHION, LLC.”:
IS NOT registered with the Florida Corporation Department as a Legal Entity, so there is no FEI# (Business tax number delivered by the IRS).

Fact: After I told Nora about the fact Glenn Harris and her couldn’t legally sell and promote a company that does not exist so the con artist couple changed “Xela Fashion, LLC.,” by “Nora Sarhaoui Fashion”.

So to misleading people and after I informed them that "Xela Fashion, LLC" was a fake company and in their goal to hide their fraud, they registered with Florida Corporation Department the company; "Nora Sarhaoui Fashion, LLC"
BUT they do not use it to scam people and this company had been registered with the wrong appt number and fake name.
All over the web they are advertising "Xela Fashion" or "Xela by Nora Sahraoui" NOT “Nora Sarhaoui Fashion”.
Just Google “Xela Fashion” or “Xela by Nora Sahraoui” or “Nora Sahraoui” and you will see. Nora Sahraoui and Glenn Harris do not have the Legal Right to promote by anyways a company that does not exist and definitely not make money or attempt to make money through it!!
By changing the name on the web site is a prove of their will to defraud people and governmental agencies!!

3- “Xela Fashion”:

IS NOT registered by the Florida Corporation Department as a Fictitious Name (DBA).
>> Nora Sahraoui and Glenn Harris do not have the Legal right to promote by anyways (web, press, business card…) a Fictitious Name that does not exist legally!!!

4- About “XELA”:

So Nora Sahraoui could be charge, according to the warning against false statement on the trademark applications, to “undersigned willfully false statement” which are punishable by fine and imprisonment in US and in France.

> the fact that Nora Sahraoui attempted to file a trademark under different names it is definitely an attempt to defraud governmental agencies and consumers in US and France.

5- Business contact:
- Nora Sahraoui business card where she is pretending being “Directrice” of “Xela Fashion”, there is NO Physical address, just a PO box in Miami Beach, Florida, the same PO Box address used by Glenn Harris as Domestic representative for the attempt application for trademark with USPTO.

The Phone number on Nora Sahraoui business card where she is promoting herself as head designer / principal of Xela Fashion is 1 (224) 444 XELA so 1 (224) 444 9352… ONLY A VOICE MAIL WE CAN TALK TO!!!! and this number is from Lake Villa, ILLINOIS!!! Why???

- On the web site www.xelafashion.com there is no physical or office address or even a phone number, even if they are selling clothing and accept payment!!

>> With a FAKE company, nowhere to reach nobody, Glenn Harris name anywhere on the web and Nora Sahraoui officially living in France, prospective customers DO NOT HAVE the possibility to file any complaint to governmental agencies or file a law suit against “Xela Fashion, LLC.” or against Nora Sahraoui or / and Glenn Harris.

They deprive as well the right of people they hire or exploit to defend themselves against them through a legal action!!!

6 – Press release:

Glenn wrote about Nora Sahraoui with her collaboration all over the web what Glenn called “getting a lot of press on Nora Sahraoui” and with her picture:

- In an interview on www.premierguidemedia.com Nora Sahraoui said and wrote:

“I first came in December on holyday and then came back in March for personal reasons and to begin work on launching my brand, Xela Fashion!” - “I am here in Miami working on my new line and making contacts here so that the brand will be successful in the US market. I will be coming back in the fall to debut a new line of evening….”

>> Nora Sahraoui did not have a legal status to work or doing business in US so how could she legally worked and launched her brand in Miami… a brand that does not legally exist anyway!!!!

>> So Nora Sahraoui with Glenn Harris are projecting to invade the US market.... Hum… with a FAKE Business… the US authorities are going to like it!!!

- All over the press on the web, www.prlog.org , www.fibre2fashion.com , www.oneclick.com , www.indiatimes.com,www.washingtonbanglaradio.com www.24-7pressrelease.com …etc…so many other… Glenn Harris and Nora Sahraoui are promoting “Xela Fashion”, “Xela Fashion, LLC.”, a FAKE fashion collection and a web site www.xelafashion.com to sell clothing ILLEGALLY TAX FREE!!!.

Nora Sahraoui claims that she creates “XELA FASHION” that DOES NOT EXIST LEGALLY!!

- With Glenn Harris skills of manipulation, misleading people and create frauds what he calls “Marketing”, Nora Sahraoui claims all over the web a glamour story, a professional background… that are all lies. Nora Sahraoui told me herself that she did not work with well known designers, she does not have a business in France… she is not a fashion designer, she just glues some gemstones and crystals on some clothing already made and design by somebody else... etc..

>> False, misleading and deceptive advertising and sales are illegal!!! Marketing is not to DEFRAUD consumers!!

7- Nora the return:

Nora Sahraoui is not at her first attempt to come in "vacation" in Miami, and collaborate and been involved with an illegal activities in US.

In fact when she came in Miami, US the first time in December 2010, she had been actively involve with “BeENVY, INC.” Her partnership with this company ceased after being aggressively threatened of legal actions against her by Eralda R Elouni Essalami, , an other con artist.

Nora has a mentor and a con artist partner. His Name his supposed to be Glenn D. Harris who is a crook. Glenn Harris is mastering the skill of developing scams for financial gain. Second time that Nora Sahraoui came to Miami "in vacation supposedly", in March 2011 and it is the second time that she tries to defraud the US system and people for financial gain.

WHAT NORA SAHRAOUI IS GOING TO DO THE THIRD TIME!!

Nora Sahraoui it supposed to come back in Miami, US., this September… for what? Does she think to keep going her criminal activities with Glenn Harris and in the process lying and hurting financially people!!

> Fact: Yes she did!! Nora Sahraoui with the collaboration of Glenn Harris Exploited people like hairstylist and stole pictures from photographer, owe money and lied to a banch of people… what a surprise!!!
