I thought my fight was over, but I was wrong. I year ago or so, I was in the market for a cell phone, and after some debate I went with Qwest, they had an offer i should have refused. As it turns out, Qwest gave me the finger and now they think because they can get away with trying to rob me. This is what had taken place, a year or so ago i went with Qwest for phone Inet and tv service, but what had happen was this, I received ther info package from Qwest, saying that they would provide me three diffrerent services, you know the ones Phone, Inet,and tv. they called it the bundle package. so I went for it,little did I know, and from the experience I have had with all kinds of people and companies, I should have known. The info package that was sent to me, said nothing about me providing any services for TV, Yesw Tv, according to Qwest and their false and misleading inofrmation they provided me, their claim was that I was to contact the TV provider and deal with them myself, well this is not what was prtovided to me in their so called info pack. So i contacted Qwest to find out what was going on and where my Tv wasw. Well after speaking with customer support employee, she tells me, that i was to handle getting the Tv service myself. I told this woman to hold on there a minute, this is not what it says in the info pack, and she said this is how it is. I told her, this was not happening, and if you dont provide me wi8th Tv servie then I will be forced to cancell you services, she said thats up to you, but you do know of the $500.00 cancell fee, I would be charged if I end the two year contract. I said I don't think so and hung, then I went out and got AT&T, which is much worse than any phone provider I have ever had. But this will hurt AT7T soon as well.
I went to the FCC and filed a complaint with them, and during this time of my life I was doing anti phicotic drugs and explained to the FCCof a problem, I was having with QWEST and gave them the wrong info, I gave them info from AT&T instead of what QWEST had givcing, so it caused me to look for the information that Qwest had provided me. I couldn't find it, I lost until a few months agowhen we were unpacking boxes from a move we had planed prior to getting Qwest.
So I filed another complaint with the FCC and before the FCC had contacted me, I get a response from Qwest, say I gave the FCC false information about how they worked, and I admitted this tothe FCc and Qwest still holds the claim, but what they have not thought about is the law, and when it comes to falsly reporting information to credit agencys. And failure to remove this inforamtion would more than likely hurt them, as well as what I will do.
So this is what I was thinking of having Qwest do to right this scam off the books. They will have to contact all the credit agency's and have them rtemove this negitive info from my report and send me a letter of aqpoligy for the inconvenance they caused other wise they will be very sorry they ever tried to screw me over.
