Raceway Ford Ripoff and taken to court by Dealer Riverside California

I purchased a new ford f-350 from Raceway Ford. I inquired about getting a lift kit for my truck i was advised that if i did get it lifted some where other than the dealer all of my warranties would be void !! so i purchased the lift through them at an inflated price about 4000.00 more than i should have paid i had left a depost check for a down payment and had it cancled as soon as i found out that they took my truck down the street where i had been quoted 3200.00 for the same 8000.00 lift they charged me !! They are now pursuing me in court for the 3000.00 deposit i cancled i had offerd to make payments but they did not want to accept them !! Please Help !!!!!!!!!! Daniel riverside, California

I am a PROUD owner of a 2003 T-Bird limited addtion and I've taken good care of this vehicle, I stand tall & proud of the sevice I have recieved over the yrs, which started in Woodstock GA at Woodstock Ford and to my knowledge with impeccable customer sevice, I recently moved to California and was recommended to Raceway Ford, with in the last 7 months my vehicle have been serviced twice I have spent over $5k and still theres problems with my vehicle, Oh and not to mention I am a female, and my hubby is currently out of state on business. I am appauled of the mechanics they have on their team, my question to them is WHY can't you guys fix the problems instead of fixing one problem and returning the vehicle back to me with other issues, their answer was because we didn't see this problem, " Oh really " well then why in the hell would I keep bringing my vehicle back 4 days after I JUST got it out the shop to get charged, excuse me TO GET ROBBED" I feel as though Raceway Ford has taken full advantage of me, I've been nothing but a loyal customer of Ford, and now I feel like Im being treated unfairly by THIRSTY ANIMALS . I will with every breath in me fight for my rights as a consumer, This is totally unexceptable and an inconvienence .
