I ordered a product online - after about 10 days I still have not received this item- I contacted the company to find out where it is - they told me I must create a ticket- I created about 7 tickets begging for information about this item- noone has gotten back to me- no emails no phone calls.

I order a product over a month ago. The order status has been "processing" ever since. They do not answer the phone. They do not respond to online ticket entries. The have a Live Chat, but I have never seen it online! You can submit tickets, make phone calls, submit requests by leaving a message for they Dead Chat (considering they are always offline, I have to assume the only live person there has died), but it will be to no avail. Give it up... you will never see the product you ordered. If you ever want to see your money again, I suggest calling your credit card company and filing a report with the BBB.

This is the SYSOP ar Radford Brothers.com and this post is absolutely absurd. We have an inbound call center staffed with approximately 75 agents that take all of our calls and create CRM tickets for resolution. If you make a inquiry that is valid it will be answered in a timely fashion. The one that has been mislead is you by this bulletin board that allows non factual reports to be posted and then expects responsible merchants to pay to post a rebuttal to a fiction story such as you has presented here.

SYSPO wow 75 agents this a JOKE... I have placed my order and wired the amount 1 month ago... have raised 1000 E ticket no reply... I hoe I'll get a reply this time here at least.

Stay Away from These Crooks!!

On the of the 1st of March we had our first contact with Radford Brothers through their automated ticket system. I have to say their pre-sales service was exceptional. We exchanged 3 to 4 e-mails via their automated system before making a purchase with good response within a very short period of time (2 to 3 hours max). After making a few adjustments to our order we sent it through after 2 days, on March 3rd and made a wire transfer of $1, 799.45 for 200 Dayton Start Capacitors (Order number 13311). On March the 6th, an e-mail from the support team was sent to us confirming they had received the payment. And like any other customer, we assumed at this point that this meant our order was now getting prepared for shipping. Note that they list their products as “usually ships today” in their online shop and, they state “ORDER SHIPS UPS GROUND AND DHL AIR FREIGHT. 5 days US ground preparation and 3 days air freight. Allow 10 days to receipt”
Well, 35 days later after giving them our money, we still haven’t received our consignment, and not to mention the negative impact this has had on our business and relationship with customers. We have sent several support tickets in vain and now that they already have our money, customer care is no longer important to them. Do you know how it feels to give someone nearly $2, 000 and not hear from them for weeks until they decide to contact you whenever they happen to feel like it?? If that isn’t skewed business ethics I don’t know what is. If you’ve ever sent them a support ticket you should be very familiar with their automated e-mails which state, I quote:
“We strive to reply individually to all TICKETS within one business day. We appreciate the urgent nature of your message and will respond as soon as possible. A member of our staff will review your questions as soon as possible and assign this ticket to the responsible party...You are welcome to discuss any specifics with your sales representative through this ticket resolution system”
Excuse my French but let me put it this way, these people do not give a monkey’s a$$ once you have handed over your credit card to them and they have banked your money. You can make as much noise as you want, but they simply do not care. They do not respond to support tickets, no matter how many you submit & if you think calling them will make any difference, think again! Fifteen days ago we received an e-mail from them informing us that our order had “shipped”... but guess what?...We still haven’t received the shipment. They even mentioned that they were going to give us a tracking number once it was available to them but yet again they failed in that respect. In our many years in this business, we’ve never experienced any problems with DHL, UPS, or EMS providing tracking numbers and it most certainly does not take this long to acquire a tracking number from a courier company.
This is the first time we have used Radford Brothers and it will most certainly be the last. They have given a very, very bad first impression, are unreliable, do not communicate with their customers and are not to be trusted! No customer should go through what we or any other paying customer have gone through especially in this technologically advanced day of age & I would definitely not recommend anyone to do any business with these people. However, if for whatever reason you decide to, remember, you’ve been warned. Before you part with your money the least you can do for yourself is do a little research to justify your decision. Look at all the bad publicity surrounding the company and ask yourself, if they are as good as they claim to be, why is it that everywhere you look they are clouded with so many complaints and threats to legal action. Ask yourself why out of all these reports there isn’t a single good review. Just last week we ordered the same consignment from a different supplier at a cost $124 less than we paid Radford and to say the least, the customer service we received was exceptional. In less than a week our order has already been dispatched, we have a tracking number for our goods and we’re expecting delivery later this week. If anyone would like information or contact details on the other supplier we’d be happy to be of assistance. As for Radford Brothers, we’d like to know if anyone gives a damn enough to let us know when we’re due to receive our overdue package. If giving your customers the silent treatment is the way you conduct your business then we can always seek alternative methods of settling this mess!

I too have had a similar experience as above. I placed my order on 4/17/12 and as of today 5/10/12, I have not received. After my order, with in three days, I received a e ticket confirming my product shipped via UPS. No tracking and no product. Tried everything to contact, etickets, emails, voicemails and no reply. Can not reach a live person. Extremely disappointing. Must be a scam. Calling my card company next and will reorder with a more reputable supplier. Do not buy from this company, I know I won't do it again!!!

I placed an order on August 30 and it was pretty high value. Since making payment they have only given one update in which they were harsh and still hadn't given a date for delivery or any clear indication that the order had even shipped. Tried to call/email/call/voicemail, etc, over and over and nothing. I would never buy from this company again and if you haven't bought from this company yet, please don't and save your self the trouble. I wish I had read these reviews in advance.
