My girlfriend received a call from Dorcy Law Group telling us we could qualify for a new home loan mortgage program. We checked out the Law Group nothing seemed wrong, we checked with BBB and the States Attorneys Office and there were ZERO complaints about him. He promised us a loan modification with in 90 days. We talked with over 5 different groups in a 6 month period and every time we kept getting the response the bank needs this and the bank needs that. 4 months ago we asked for our money back that is when we no longer had any phone calls or e-mails responded back to us. We are currently filing a complaint with the States Attorneys Office and checking with our bank to try to get our money back. Please do not use this guy or if you are like my girlfriend and myself please get in contact with us and lets all fight together to get our money back.

You are not the only one! Mr. Randy Docry is one hell of a scambug.

I've not succeeded with the bank route. But I have filed a complaint with State Attorneys Office, my County's Consumer Affairs division as well as with California State BAR.

Our experience was not the same, the modification did take some time but there were weekly contacts and updates even though it seemed to take forever. We received our modification and are happy with the services.
