Unsolicited spam, emails, unprofessional, rude

Around 5 months ago I got a phone call from a company called CJ Executives (or C & J Executives - it seemed to be different each time they called). I spoke to a woman called Michele, who asked if we were hiring. I said that yes we were and we agreed to dicuss possible positions. I requested some more information from them which she said she would send. A week later I heard nothing back, so used another company. A couple of days later Michele called back and asked when I was going to give them some business. I was a bit surprised at her attitude, but explained that I had never received the information she said she would send. She became very rude and basically told me that I was stupid for requesting information. I thanked her politely and said that we were using another company instead. At this point Michele really started shouting and told me "not to mess with the big boys". I hung up and forgot about it.
Last week we got a call from another employment agency called Rapid Hires. I thought I recognized the voice, but thought nothing more of it. I said that we were using a company in NY and she hung up. She has called the company every single day since then and bombarded us with abusive junk mail.
I think that it is clear that Michele has mental problems and whilst I sympathise, she should in no way be running a business. I would urge other companies not to use her and having read the comments from job seekers on here, somebody needs to do something.
