Outright FRAUD

I order an El-rey shirt off the site, and two days later I get an email, saying my shirt was out of stock, and that I could wait for my order. I choose to wait and was told it would be 2 to 3 weeks. I wait, ask for an update, was told it take another 1-2 weeks. Those go by I send another email, they say by the end of the week. I send another email, "Any updates?". This time I get no response. I send another email, no response. I send another email saying if I don't get a response within 24 hours, I will file a vendor complain with my credit card company and peruse any legal recourse available to me. No response. I file a vendor complaint, stating the company is an outright fraud. They of course, and by that I Mean one guy, who runs the company out of his house from the address above, sends me this charming email.

We received a chargeback request for your RaveHaven order. We will be fighting it to the fullest extent of the law and will be posing your name and information on the internet for the fraudulent charge back.
We sent an email on 2/24 asking what size you would like and never received a response.

I thanked them for sending me move evidence that they were frauds. I'll be fowarding this to the my credit card company now.

DO NOT buy from Ravehaven.com They will take your money in seconds and NEVER send your product. I purchased 2 pairs of gloves for $40 and when I tried to cancel my order they didn't reply to me. Then they told me they sent it the day after I payed but never gave me a tracking number. It was supposed to get to me within 5-8 days it has been 14 days and nothing. Then I tried calling and emailing and they never reply. This website is a scam! They have HORRIBLE costumer service. they are slow, over-priced and and unresponsive! PLEASE save yourself trouble and DO NOT purchase from RAVEHAVEN.COM!!!
