Ready Flowers

Took money did not provide service

I ordered flowers and Moet via the Ready Flowers website in Singapore. The goods were not delivered but the money was taken (approx 149) by their Hong Kong branch. Both myself and my friend in Singapore have been trying to contact them but no one answers the telephone. Emails remain unanswered.

Ordered flowers via telephone from Ready Flowers on the 11/11/11 (Friday) to be delivered same day but they were never received. Rung them on the 12/11/11(Sunday) to let them know what had happened and they said they were sorry and they will send a bigger bouqet with a apology note on the13/11/11 (Monday) but still nothing. I have tried several times to get in contact but nothing. I am kicking myself because I am usually so careful about ordering things online and for me to not check the history of this company is very out of character. DO NOT purchase flowers or anything through this company, they are untrustworhy and they will take your hard earned money and not deliver the goods. Ready Flowers - You are going down, mark my words!!!
