Real Time Freight Misleading and would not REFUND chicago, Illinois

A gentleman by the name of Brian contacted us from Real Time Freight... Showed us a demo of the site and of course showed us the most popular "areas of the site." It seemed like they had quite a bit of loads so we decided to sign up for their service and give them a try. We were not told that we could not cancel and get a refund... After we had paid for the services (3 months @ $175.00) we went on the site under our username and THERE WEREN'T ANY LOADS!! So I immediately called to cancel and a gentleman by the name of Justin answered and told me that we could not cancel our account and their weren't any refunds... So I told him I was going to try it.. So we called a couple of places tried it out for a little and then saw in one of the emails we received from them... CANCEL INFORMATION Real Time Freight in its sole discretion will consider refunding
payments made only for accounts which do not have usage during that
billing cycle. We do not pro-rate for partial usage during a billing
cycle. It is your responsibility to cancel your account if you no longer
require the service. I called a second time and spoke with Kathy in the cancellation dept. She said that when we signed up we were notified of the cancellation policy.. Which is absolutely not true at all. She thought that we had signed up online when in fact one of her sales reps contacted us, signed us up, took our payment, and then we received the cancellation information. This site is EXTREMELY misleading and not worth the $56 a month that they charge you. Do not use their services!
