Your on a tight budget, thinking you can find a moving company who understands and is honest right?? Well I thought so with these guys while trying to support the local business owner I thought. Then the nightmare began, after getting a low quote over the phone from Nathan and email to confirm it, the movers show up in a rented truck, they pack everything quickly. After it's on the truck Migel tells me oh your over the estimated about by 800.00 plus the 206 dollars for the shipping materials. I tell him what I was budgeted for, he says you'll need to talk to Alex the dispatcher. I call Alex, tells me maybe we can work it out after he talks to Louie. After the truck leaves with my things, never a call back from Alex. I contact him a few days later, after I have to fly from Atlanta to Portland, Oregon. He tells me if I can deposit another 500.00 dollars they can get my things on a truck that following week, well I explain that I can't do that after I was on a tight budget from the start. So my items sit in Atlanta for 45 days, then I contact Alex to get a deposit into thier personal account. I get the 60% required to get my items on a truck. Finally after about 42 days another truck is coming to Portland, Alex packs my things on this truck. In addtion he tells me I'll need another 150.00 for storage. The truck arrives 45 days later with a guy whos a contractor, he comes alone. Tells me that my street is too busy and I should follow him to a Uhaul and rent another truck to make it easier, I refuse to do so. I then ask him to pull the 18 wheeler on the side of the road of my house. I then proceed to unload my own belongings with him as I wanted my things asap! DO NOT use this moving company, SCAM artists!!!! Beware!!
