Rude, misinforming, unprofessional

They are TERRIBLE, don't even think of doing anything with them. They never informed me that the school exam was in the course material, and i took it on line thinking it was a mock test to prepare me for the state exam, the test kept crashing so i couldn't complete it so they said I failed the course, that made me take it again, pay the full amount again and they said that every time you fail the school test, which is extremely complicated and has nothing to do with the state exam (i have taken both now) you have to keep paying to take the course again and again, 75 hours each time. The worst thing is they said it was state requirement, and when I checked with the state and with other schools, they said that it wasn't, that a student should be allowed to take the test as many times as they want. Please, for your sake, DON'T give them your time or money. They are rude, they lie and they hung up the phone on me several times.

I completely agree. I live in Texas and signed up for 210 complete hours. First is a two part 60 hr course, followed by a few other 30 hour course. what makes this school so irritating is that for some reason, they make you take a final for each course away from home and it has to be Proctored. I have researched this and no other online school makes you do this. I even called TREC the Texas real estate commission and they were unaware of this. they said I only needed to take the state exam in a proctored environment... So real estate express, why are you making me take a final after each one of these courses away from home which cost money, when no other online school does this???
