| Realty Funding Partners is a multi-level marketing scam. ( Yes, what they are doing is somewhat legal, although in court may not be. What I mean by scam is that they keep over half of what you could be making with Bella Homes and cheat you out of 75% of your commissions!) Their parent company is Bella Homes LLC. Upon signing up, you are made to be present to every team call and marketing call which takes 10-12 hours a week and these people bully you to attending team calls at 11:30 pm at night. They claim to want to help the public and people that have distressed properties, but all they really care about is getting you to pay $149 a month for a website and want you to hire, hire, hire new associates. They really dont care about their new hires and really dont care what type of back ground you have. You could be a bag boy, and if you have $149 to spend a month, they WILL hire you. Once hired, beware... they make you sign some type of legal jumbo stating that you can not work for any other company for 2 years. They also claim to have been in business for 18 years which is completely false. Bella homes has been in business for 18 years...If you check out Bella homes, you will also find that all contracts are done through an individual and the whole RFP website completely mocks that of the reputible Bella Homes. Also BEWARE, if you sign up with Realty Funding Partners, they take over half of your commission, charge you 3xs the amount for a website, keep ALL of your monthly residuals including your tail end which can be $1000's of dollars. This is the true meaning of a pyramid scheme. Once hired, they bully you into hiring 39 employees, saying you now have a "Funding Center" which is complete XX. This company has only been out since July 2011. Each Region has a extremely pushy Director, who is actually some high powered bully wanting to open up their own "Funding Center" so they can play golf everyday off of your commissions. When I say Parent Company, Bella Homes LLC is in NO WAY affiliated with this new RFP company. By Parent Company, I mean they are only piggy backing the Bella Homes website and company to rip you off of your profits. If you are truely looking to help people, DONT sign up with this company. Bella Homes are the ones with the legal attorneys, the accountants, the actual closers... Realty Funding Partners has none of this. Dont be scammed by this company. I'm sure many will respond to this ad, but do the research for yourself, you will find that everything stated here is 100% true... then only after is your comments taken seriously. | This has got to be the most bogus story I have ever read! First of all who is the publisher? My name is Robert Valentin and I am a branch manger with RFP. Yes we use Bella's platform for several reasons, but the fact is Bella only offers 1 product, RFP offers 4 and soon many more. No one bullies anyone and we dont hire anyonw with a pulse, at least not on my team. We want entreprenurials types who are willing to work the business and work hard. I am the one who does the calls and training calls and have never conducted a call at 11:30 at night, total BS. This person is obviously someone who didn't make money wiht RFP and is now looking to blame someone for hies/her own failures! Or you are affilaited with Bella and are looking to recruit my bad mouthing RFP. RFP has conducted well over 100 + deals in our first 45 days of introducing this product, and will surpass Bella 24 month production in a matter of months. Finally, no one ever said RFP was around for 18 years, your claims are totaly untrue. Get your facts straight! |

that all can bring a 6 figure income to a talented Associate !!! Or he or she is just trying to cut down RFP because he or she was not Intelligent enough to join RFP as apposed to joining Bella... I'm dissappointed that this commmentor has taken liberty to write about something they have not experienced. The systemized approach to private equity funding under the umbrella of Realty Funding Partners is extreamely valuable when providing a portfolio of products that effectively perform in the marketplace. The team I have worked with at RFP have been genuinely caring and concerned not only for the client but also the agent who bears the message of good news. Although not for everyone Realty Funding Partners is especially valuable for the seasoned professional who wants to put their feet on the ground with a company that provides immediate and long term opportunity. My name is Susan Faris and I conduct the webinars and trainings for my branch with Realty Funding Partners. My email address is [email protected] and I welcome anyone to email me if you would like to discuss this bogus posting above. I have a background in training and have spoken publicly for many years. I have never bullied anyone in my life and would not attempt to. None of my webinars are mandatory and are provided as information for the associates on my national team.
This anonymous person is also posting in many other open blogs across the internet and is trying very hard to discredit our company. Why? I have many thoughts as to why he may be doing this but none of them are credible.
I have 20 years of experience in the finance industry and am very proud of my association with Realty Funding Partners. NONE of what is posted above is even close to the truth. RFP offers commercial mortgages as our core product and it takes a very skilled associate to work with business owners who are financing millions of dollars on their commercial buildings. We would never hire someone without the necessary background necessary to work with our products. We also offer business solutions to business owners to provide credit to their customers through our access to private funds. We are a reputable and stable commercial provider.
We are also proud of our association with Bella Homes. Bella is the source we use for one of our many products. They have an outstanding program for homeowners who are upside down in equity and want a chance to save their home. We recently added this product to our sales force and have had tremendous success in helping offer a simple solution to folks who find themselves caught in the housing crisis in our country.
I am glad most people are intelligent enough to understand that public blogs, who allow anyone to post with no background check as to who they are, can attract some very disreputable people who simply do not know the facts. |

My name is Timothy Haislip and I am a Director with RFP and have been with the company for a little over a year. I conduct a nightly webinar with Rob Valentin a Branch Manager with the company explaining the programs that we offer at RFP. Never have I or Robert been on a call at 11:30, nor made anyone of the 125 people below join the calls, or bullied anyone into joining RFP.My jodb is ti assist folks in making a 6 figure income with RFP. We look for PROFESSIONAL SALES PEOPLE who want to be entrepreneurial minded thinkers who dont need self motivation.That is why this person never lasted at RFP. Morever we have never mislead anyone that looks for an opportunity with our company that we have been in business 18yrs, in fact it is stated in the webinars that we have only been in business for 40 days with this program. This person should get his facts straight before he opens his mouth and makes a fool of himself. I would welcome anyone who wants to chat about the OPPORTUNITY that we offer at RFP to give me a call. The first clue that you are clueless appears in the first line of your sycophantic monologue. Quote: "Yes, what they are doing is somewhat legal" Being "somewhat legal" is like being "somewhat pregnant". You either are or you are not. So thanks for confirming RFP is in fact legal. Secondly: commission structures are defined ad nauseum in our company policy, in our training call twice a week and from your managers. But I'm not surprised you didn't take the time to understand the compensation matrix since you express a vehement disdain for actual RFP training evidenced by your comment that RFP team leaders "bully you to attending team calls at 11:30 pm at night". So now you complain the voluntary training schedule is too much for you? I thought we were totally incompetent with the collective knowledge of a "bag boy". (My apologies to hard working bag boys everywhere - he said it, I didn't). Did it cut into your Dungeons and Dragons time or maybe your "Angry Birds" playtime? RFP Associates realize the importance of their fiduciary responsibility to their clients and therefore make huge efforts and personal sacrifices to engage themselves fully in our advanced training programs, something you are clearly not interested in. Anyone who feels advanced training is an inconvenient imposition on their own personal schedule has no business in attempting to advise clients in any financial transaction. You are only in it for the money and you couldn't give a rat's ass about your client. Additionally your insolent comments about the competency of RFP personnel...my NMLS number is 196273. What's yours? I'm sure you have no clue what an NMLS designation means. It's proof that I am a certified and licensed Loan Originator and have passed local and national exams pertaining to the mortgage industry. My finger prints are on file at the FBI and I have passed extensive background checks to prove impeccable moral character and standards...all for the purpose of any client who wants to take the time and make the effort to check out my core competency. What's your core competency? You've already admitted you were personally inconvenienced with voluntary training...and you complain about the lack of competency of RFP Associates???

You can't even hit the "spell check" button on your own computer. Had you done so you would not have butchered a perfectly good word like "reputable" with your own version of "reputible". No wonder you are angry. Somebody was trying to teach you something but little did they know you already know it all.
Hiding behind an anonymous identity is proof positive your only intention is to besmirch the integrity of RFP. Some manager quickly discovered you are not RFP material. So they suggested you make additional personal efforts to become more competent. You were insulted so you come up with this weak verbal diarrhea without an ounce of truth or proof. And as you rant and rave you hide behind your skirt of anonymity. So please, for the good of all, stay in your pathetic little world you sniveling little worm. You are not ready for prime time and certainly not worthy of counseling people in deep financial and emotional distress. I'm so glad your character is exposed. You wouldn't have a snow ball's chance to hang with my team. My props to the RFP manager who culled this dirtbag and future weak link.
