Red Scorpion Six I purchased a product from them and never recieved it Internet

I purchased a necklace known as a Hogs Tooth on 9/19/2011 and made the purchase through Paypal. By the week of October 12th I still had not recieved my merchandise so I went to Red Scorpion Six's web site and through the contact us section on their website I emailed them inquiring as to where my purchase was. I did no recieve an answer to that e-mail. I emailed again to [email protected] on October 24th 2011 and I did recieve an e-mail back from an Aaron saying that he would try to get the item out that day. Three weeks later and still did not recieve the item I purchased so I e-mailed again saying I was going to give this a few more days and then contact Paypal. I have recieved no answer back so On November 23rd over sixty days since I placed my order and still nothing has been recieved and I contacted Paypal which said they could not help because of the amount of time that had lapsed over 45 days and they do not help, wish they had said that in the beginning.
