Reliance First Capital mortgage scam, appraisal fee, then no mortgage with bogus reasons Pittsburg, Pennsylvania

This company told me that they would give us a great rate. Before committing to anything, they had an appraiser at my door wanting to do the appraisal. They had included the appraisal fee into the loan in the paperwork, so I allowed them to do the appraisal. I figured it would be paid for later. They hassled me to then pay for the appraisal, so that we could wrap up the loan before rates went higher. I finally called and paid by card over the phone as I was now going to commit to the loan. I signed the paperwork and thought that we locked into the great rate. They sent me a denial of credit letter in the mail stating the our property was not satisfactory. I had to beg them to get a copy of the appraisal of which showed nothing wrong with our property. I had an attorney go over it and was told that they were scamming me. I will be trying to get my money back for the appraisal. We will now have to start the process over again and pay for another appraisal and have lost 1% on the rates!
