Rentals-Plus Real Estate Sheila Holland Think Twice Before Doing Business With This Company Wolfeboro, New Hampshire

This agency rented an apartment to me that had all kinds of issues. Including issues with the landlord of the property she rented to us. From the beginning there was problems with the landlord. Sheila, the owner of this establishment would not assist us, although she would assist and side with the landlord. The rental unit she leased us had mold, the water was so horrible you couldnt drink it, all water had to be bottled. It had a horrible foul smell and came out looking like milk. There was multiple other issues with the unit as well. After asking the landlord time and time again to fix the issue by mail, email and in person he just wouldnt do anything. Finally we held the rent and said he would get it when everything was fixed. We called Sheila and told her of these issues. She seemed very upset with the landlord (Thomas Rizzo from Massachusetts). But eventually immediately siding with him. He pays here, right. He started the eviction process and had a wit issued. To make a long story short, Mr. Rizzo the landlord lost the eviction case. Sheila the owner of Rentals-Plus sent letters to the court on behalf of Mr. Rizzo at the eviction trial and he still lost because we had cause to hold the rent. Now because they lost the eviction, we moved out shortly after recieving the eviction notice because we were stupid consumers, we thought we would be out on the street and had no idea we would win. The landlord (Thomas Rizzo of Burlington Massachusetts) is sueing us for back rent. And Sheila from Rentals-Plus in Wolfeboro NH is again siding with him and making up lies. Do not do business with this Woman, Sheila Holland is a liar and can not be trusted. Do not do business with Rentals-Plus. None of this story is fabricated, all the truth.

We get paid by and therefore represent Landlords. There is alot more to the story. Landlord only lost eviction due to inproperly filed paperwork. Back to court soon. Please feel free to call us at Rentals-Plus if you would like other references.
