Resorts Management Services Hollie Rendon Scammed me out of 1650 dollars on a timeshare sale they supposed to have had Wilmington, Delaware

Around the 1st of Nov 2010 I was contacted by Resorts Management Services that they had a buyer for my Timeshare. They told me the previous co, that I had paid to sell my Timeshare had gone out of business but the supposed buyer was still interested and wanted the deal to go through. They made it sound very legitmate and also had all my personal info, but they needed 1650 dollars from my end and the buyer had put 2500or3000 dollars in a escrow account with them and if the deal failed I would get the money that was in escrow. I gave them my credit card info on nov4 and I didn,t sign paperwork until nov 10. A few days later I contacted Hollie Rendon and was going to back out when she convinced me it was all above board and the buyer would lose his down-payment, so I stayed on. I was supposed to get all the appropiat paper-work in the mail but it never came. I called RMS and was e-mailed a document to sign that upon my signature I could not cancell contract so I didn,t sign. After several attempts to contact them,I got no results. I wrote the BBB in Wilmington DE and was told they send back mail and have gone out of business. Any Help would be greatly appreciated. Thank-You

I worked with the same person and my Westgate timeshare was sold on November 30th 2010 for $46, 350. I received my check in the full amount 2 days later. Maybe your seller backed out ???
