After ResumeNotRequired obtains the initial downpayment their effort moves from support to indifference, from caring to arrogance ... the level of effort the provide decrease siginificantly once they have the initial downpayment. They promised significant career counseling, and began the initial process with supplying multiple forms to process in order for them to assess and develop a career profile, with recommended target industries and companies. In reality, they dump on their client, the client does all of the work. They initially describe how they serve as your "agent" ... even have a picture of Tom Cruise on their web site ... yet, after they receive payment their position is that they don't know the various industries they initially claimed to be experts in ... and the burden is on the client to choose their target industries and companies. After nine months of constant back and forth, wasting of hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars, there's nothing to show for it. Horrible experience.
