On December 16th I ordered a 30day free trial from Riadialabs. I never received the merchandise. My bank account was charged the 3.95 for shipping. On January 7th I found two charges of 74.95 in my bank account pending file. I immediately called them. I told them I had never received any merchandise. I asked why I was being charged. They looked up my account and acknowledged I did not receive any merchandise. I told them to cancel my account and I wanted my money put back in my account. I was assured they had issued me a credit. I got an E mail confirmming my cancellation with a number. Now some 20 days later I still do not have my money. I have made several phone calls to these people who tell me they gave me my credit and if my bank did not give me my money it is my banks fault. I asked for a reference number or for them to fax copy to my bank. They would not cooperate in any way. So I am out 74.95. If you call their number you will sit on hold for a minimum of forty minutes.
