After being late on rent practically every month throughout his one year stay at my house, Richard Hobeiche took off without warning while still owing me close to 1,500 dollars. He's a compulsive liar, a thief and rips people off left and right. He's once admitted to stealing some of his companies clients (Taxi Advertising) and was a classic case of a loser kid who was once picked on and now makes poor use of shock tactics through racist comments and terrible, terrible humor. If you meet him, stay away. He's a thief, scam artist and will rip you off in order to get through his pathetic life.

Well this is mature.

I payed first and last month when I moved in and every month since. I do not owe you a second time for the last months rent before I moved out.

I've also never worked for Taxi. So I will apologize on your behalf for bringing a random advertising agency into this dispute. Please do not contact/harass myself or my family again.

I would like to correct my previous post since I have no interest in providing anyone with false information:

Richard has, in fact, payed first and last. What he failed to mention however, is that I'm now stuck with his outstanding hydro bill and the few extra days he decided to "stick around" without paying. It's easy to say you were fair and square but you never gave us ANY notice you were leaving. You also left your room and washroom in a deplorable state - who will handle those damages? The only reason I contacted your family members - in a polite/non harassing manner, may I add - was because you took off and left us with no other means to contact you.

As for Taxi Advertising, perhaps you shouldn't go around telling people you work there. I have plenty of people who can attest to that.

Throughout your entire stay at the house we were nothing but nice - and awfully patient - with you and your antics. What you did was completely out of line and a huge indication of your deceiving, highly insecure character.
