Dispatch manager: I'm glad to inform you that your resume (Dispatch manager) has been approved by the Staff department of US Brands LLC, Inc...We consider that you have some necessary skills for a position of Dispatch manager, and we look into your filling this position. Below you can see more detailed information about the company and offered position. US Brands LLC, Inc. is one of the leaders in the delivery services market. The company provides a wide range of services among those long-distance and international delivery, arrangements for any moving, escrow-service and counseling in the field of transportation services. The company was established in Beachwood, OH however it has wide spread branches and offices network throughout the country and abroad.
Despite the financial crisis it was decided to set up a new company branch in your area thereby you are offered the position of Dispatch manager. Dispatch manager position is connected with the assurance branch of our delivery service. In this office we come forward as a mediator between seller and purchaser of the goods. We aim to control the quality and status of the goods within the transaction and to control the legality of payment performed by a purchaser. Quality check of the goods is carried out in the specialized centers called "Packages processing centers". Packages processing center will be set up within 6 weeks in the business center of your city. Dispatch manager - is a FULL TIME position in an office at Packages processing center of the company, working eight-hour shift per day and 5 days per week.
Dispatch manager is the intermediate between main services of Packages processing center of the company.
Main duties for the Dispatch manager include:
- Receiving orders for carrying out the escrow operations from the account executive and submitting the financial details of the transaction to the database.
- Control over receiving goods at the warehouse.
- Expedition of goods to the supplementary tests at the quality control department.
- Receiving the results from the department of payment legality check.
- Set assignments for shipping the verified packages for the company's courier service.
Every Dispatch manager is provided with a well-appointed workplace in the company's office. Benefits like providing medical insurance and corporate cellular services and Internet access may be additionally negotiated. Now when you have a general idea about the position I'd like to explain some important organizational issues to you. Before starting the work in our company every Dispatch manager has to complete a two-month On-The-Job training course. It is stipulated by the requirements to a candidate according to the job description. The complete course consists of two parts: "Courier" and "Controller", duration of each part is 1 month. During the course "Courier" a Dispatch manager learns the basic principles of receiving and shipping goods, tracking goods, and is introduced with the main problems that may acquire in the field of shipping goods. This course aims to train the Dispatch manager to work effectively in an office, so he/she will be able to give out necessary assignments on receiving and sending goods for the courier services, and will be able if needed to provide correct instructions to a courier about the best way of processing certain packages. The course "Controller" provides a Dispatch manager with the basic knowledge of quality check of received goods, also the Dispatch manager learns to work with the software specially developed for our company. These are remote On-The-Job training courses on the basis of Internet and telephone communications under the supervision of a personal "tutor" - the employee of our company. The process of training includes a period when a firm forwards part of its orders (usually they are inexpensive retail orders) directly to the employee who's being trained (or any other address provided for this purpose), and he/she processes them, acting as a courier or as an controller, and according the recommendations and advice of his/her tutor. This way by the end of the course the Dispatch manager obtains not only basic theoretical knowledge but some necessary practical personal skills. The rules of the On-The-Job training course can be found in the Agreement in the Attachment to this letter, in the document "On-The-Job training course". Now we'll pass to the important question about your salary. The company is ready to offer you a monthly payment of $3500 plus bonus for the quantity and quality of work performed by you. Dispatch manager's monthly payments may come up to $5000 with the bonuses. You'll get paid also for the training period, compensation during the "Courier" course consists of $1500-$2000, and $2000-$2500 for the course of "Controller", depending on the number of processed packages. You may find more precise conditions in the agreements attached to this letter. At this point our interactive interview is completed. All legal aspects of our work are presented in detail in the attached contracts. I'm looking to your questions if there are any. If everything is clear to you at this point and you are ready to accept our work offer, you should do the following: 1) Print out the General Employment Agreement, fill out pages 1 and 5 and put your signature on the fifth page. Please keep the original signed copy of the General Employment Agreement during the whole period of your work as a Dispatch manager. 2) Print out the On-The-Job Training Agreement, fill out pages 1 and 3 and put the signature on the third page. Please keep the original signed copy of the contract during the whole period of the On-The-Job Training Course

We understand that sending personal information like this through the Internet maybe insecure, that's why we strongly recommend all our employees to protect the negotiable document. For this purpose, using any photo editing program you should put the words `NULL AND VOID' across the picture in any bright color. It saves your document from the outside using. The e-copies may be made using a scanner or a digital camera. 3) Choose and provide me with an address where you are able to receive packages during the training period. At this address you need to arrange regular receiving packages from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. 4) Please provide me with a contact number for you. Cellular phone is preferable so we may contact you at any time. Then I will appoint you with a tutor and forward you to him to complete the further training. After completing these steps I'd like to congratulate you with a new job! -
