| Hello Everyone, PLESE READ before Buying or looking at cars, parts or service at any Hendrick Auto Dealership!!! All I can say is to please stay away from any Hendrick Auto dealership. It seems that this is the perfect example why car dealers get such a bad name. Hendrick group sucks in every imaginable way possible. I purchased a used car at Hendrick Chevy in Charleston, SC and this has been the worst experience in my lifetime. I have tried everything before writing this post and I even tried to get help from corporate Hendricks and that was worse than contacting the dealership. They sold me a lemon vehicle and never ever tried to help me after they took or should I say STOLE my hard earned money. The general manager, salesman, service manager and every one in the organization did not ever try to help me with the piece of junk used car they sold me - knowing it was a lemon. The GM avoided me like I was going to arrest him or something. No return calls, help, assistance, etc. I am so frustrated that I am writing this scam Report to let everyone know that if you plan or even think about test driving a car at Hendricks STOP and go to any other reputable dealership. This was my first ever bad experience that I had to write on this website to warn others. If I can save one person from buying from these scumbags then justice is served. This was my second car purchase ever and I traded my good running car for this piece of junk. I am a single mother working two jobs and trying to survive, while Rick Hendrick the RipOff is getting Richer n Richer to run his stupid Race Team with our money. If they only took care of their customers first the way he takes care of his race car and his millions. It just makes me sick that I want to puke. I wish they go bankrupt or close shop like other dealerships out there and do the public a favor. I wish the general manager or Rick himself can take my piece of junk chevy and test drive it to see for yourself that it would not even make one lap around the block or around your stupid race track spending millions when you can take that money and help your customers first. Now I am paying a monthly payment on metal junk that does not run and just sits in my driveway. I am going to try and file a lawsuit with the court and hope I win but meanwhile I have no transportation. Wish I can get my old car back from them but they said they sold it. Ha Ha..go figure. So, tell your friends and family to stay clear of any Hendrick Dealership and spread the word. I now have a car that does not start and is fresh off the Hendrick Chevy Chevrolet lot. Thank you for reading my scam Report and I hope they go out of business ripping people off like that. Go out of biz soon and do everyone a favor. You deserve BAD Karma!!! |
