Ricoh Copiers
Ricoh Copiers & CWS Copiers Businesses Conspire to avoid responsibility. I will pay $9,000 rent on a broken machine , Internet
28th of Apr, 2011 by User687694
I'm paying $9,000 to rent a broken Ricoh Copier! In Jan 2009 I leased a Ricoh Aficio MPC2500 from CWS Copiers in Parkersburg, WV. They arranged a Lease Agreement for me CIT, and their own Service Agreement. Six months (30,000 copies) later we began to have troubles. After six months of frequent repairs, with increasing frequency, CWS voided our service agreement without notice, walked away and left me without a solution. I walked into the local Xerox Office and rented a new machine so we could operate. But, I'm paying rent on a broken machine. At the end of the lease I will have paid $9,000 rent on a broken machine. Which I'm required to repair and return. A rep from Ricoh was in my office. Numerous service people from CWS. But no one is responsible, what has happened to American Ethics. Ricoh manufactured this Lemon. CWS, their Rep, walked away when the going got tough.
