This Kelly Harris called a lady that I attend church with and do not even know her address or telephone number. They threatened her saying that they know where she lives and was coming to serve me there because they know that she knows me. She got a hold of me and gave me the information, I called and this lady was super rude telling me that we had already spoken two days prior and that she didnt appreciate me not calling her back. I told her she was mistaken and that i was not the person that she thought i was, she finally relented saying okay.. ill note that. She also told me that she had been contacting my friends trying to find me. Long story short i filed a police report, the officer called the number and the "Kelly Harris" was rude to him too, he told me that she had disprespected him also and that she was a bitch, but she told him she was a special process server company. Well anyone that knows anything knows that debts are a civil matter and the criminal charges are not a part of that. The officer said she should not bother me anymore but if she does to file a harrassment report. I called her to try to find out the name of the company since they refused to tell me the first time, they finally told me when I acted half stupid and like i had the wrong number. I then told her I had filed a police report and she told me that she had wasted enough time on me and then i told her to f-off.. She then called my house back and asked me if my friend from church knew i talked that and said she should call them and tell them that I curse. I told her to go ahead and do that. What a piece of crap person and company. They never got as far as to ask me for money but I also didnt give them the opportunity. I called the Corona, CA police department also and filed a report there.
