RINCON MANAGEMENT SVCS THEY ARE THREATENING AND LIARS!! Corona, California

My parents received the first call about a month ago. They were so worried for me because they said please call this company within 4 hours or they will have legal action against you. I told my Mom I never heard of them so I did call them. I called them and the woman did confirm some of my private information but I told her I did not remember this debt. She said I would get a summons and she was surprised I did not get one yet. She said I owed like 12,000.00 and with attorney fees will be $15,000. I asked if she could send a letter from their company so I could research. I did not get a letter.
Today my parents called me again to call this same company. They were told I had 3 hours to respond. I cant beleive they are calling my poor elderly parents. Even if this was a valid debt - do they have the right? I called Rincon and got their information and hung up while she had me on hold. I found this website and it has definitely made me feel better. I am so stressed. Maybe my debt is for real I just dont know. I do have issues from olden days that were left hanging but I dont see this on my credit report.
