Do not work for this company.... He is not paying his contractors or office help. He does not want to work and wants money. He will hire new contractors to do the work then not pay them. His office would work long hours to be sure the invoices went out so he would be paid. He is a liar and a crook. He always has money to go places but not to pay the people that made the money. His new one is that he is going to file bankupcy. He even skrewed over his own son. Also he would take the big jobs for himself and had the other contractors do the stuff that did not pay as much. THIS IS YOUR WARNING.....

I worked for him for 10 years and never had a problem with him or his company. I think some people make up somethings that makes so sense. And this person is one of them. Well we cant please everyone. I think Mr. Rinehardt was fair and more than accomadiating with all who worked for him. Happy employee, sorry to see he had to close his doors in May 2011 to the bad economy.
