| My story is long and has disgusted many, many people as it's progressed. I just went to trial for guardianship of my daughter, I am in probate court. My daughter is 3 years old. I just enrolled in parenting classes through Catholic Charities which I've found to be extremely helpful in jumping through the proverbial hoops. I am writing to complain and report, but also to provide my e-mail address. I would like to hear from anyone who feels their civil rights have been violated, from parents who feel helpless and hopeless because of the bureaucracy involved in our child welfare system to those who have been presumed guilty of child abuse without any semblance of the thing we call due process and without the theoretical "innocent until proven guilty" basis for our American justice system. Please help me by allowing me to listen to your story so we might have a chance against this newest trend in civil rights violations. Please contact me, I have been screaming through every medium available with no luck, no avail, no resources. There is power in money, but there is also power in numbers.... but huge numbers are necessary. let's do something? it's time. We are victims of animal control's corruption and the coverup within the judicial system - the coverup is the real reason why the goons that work in these agencies are getting away with their vigelante vendettas. But help IS ON THE WAY. EXPOSURE of their criminal actions. These psyco government employees stick together. But they give everyone a bad name. It is very well documented what they are doing. | My kids were removed from my custody after a "car accident" dui. Although, that is heinus, being my only crminal action, ever, as well as my first cps case, I feel that the action was excessive.Inevitably, I experienced severe psychological effects from the kidnapping of my kids, which in turn caused me to associate with unstable people and abuse alcohol and drugs. The interesting details of this story include the fact that the womans house, whom I was visiting before the accident, was a regular stop for cps, and also the last thing that me and my kids remember was not driving away in the car. I was given a drink of some blue koolaide like substance, and that is the last thing that I remember. I am considering the possibility that cps set up the whole incident for financial gain and/or intellectual property theft. Fortunately I was able to reunite with my kids after serving a term in prison for something that I didn't do. I am giving the whole incident a thorough investgating, now that I have been advised of the situation.Also it is very interesting how that the injuries that my 2 sons sustained were identical in nature even though they had different seating positions in the car and one child was ejected from the vehicle. The wound looks as if a crow bar was the weapon that caused the mark. And thankfully the baby (doesn't talk), was spared of any injury. I am furious that my kids and I were victims of this atrocity, and that the time that we were seperated cannot be returned to us. |

| THE COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE FAMILY LAW COURT FAILED TO PROTECT ME AND MY CHILDREN IN MY DIVORCE CASE, JUDGE LUCKY HAD A JUDICIAL DUTY TO PROTECT ME, THE VICTIME OF DV, 20+ YRS OF DOCUMENTED ABUSE BY MY X HUSBAND, MY X CLAIMED I MADE "VERBAL THREATS" TO GET A RO AGAINST ME, I SHOWED AMPLE EVIDENCE TO PROVE THE RO REQUEST SHOULD BE DENIED. JUDGE TOOK VERBAL EVIDENCE OVER FACTS AND PROOF TO GRANT RO AGAINST ME WHICH WAS ONLY DONE TO GET SOLE CUSTODY OF OUR DAUGHTER WHO REFUSED TO GO WITH HIM VOLUNTARILY, SET MY SUPPORT AT $0 AND SUPERVISED VISITATION AT MY EXPENSE WITH NO JOB, NO INCOME, NO SUPPORT AND NO MEANS TO PAY BECAUSE I WAS A HOMEMAKER THE MAJORITY OF THE 18.6 YR MARRIAGE. THE LEGAL SYSTEM FAILED, THEY PUT MY DAUGHTER IN HER FATHERS CUSTODY, CUT ME OUT OF HER LIFE 8/25/10 AND HE PHYSICALLY ABUSED MY DAUGHTER 10/9/10 AND GIVEN THE HISTORY OF DV, CPS REFUSED TO OPEN AN INVESTIGATION, I CALLED 4 TIMES TO CPS IN RIVERSIDE AND OC, THEY REFUSED. THE COALITION FOR DV IN CORONA ALSO SENT THE INFORMATION TO CPS AND THEY AGAIN REFUSED TO INVESTIGATE. SO MY DAUGHTER HAS BEEN WITH HER FATHER SINCE 8/25/10, I'VE SEEN HER 1 TIME, SHE HAS BEEN TOTALLY BRAINWASHED AND MY X HAS TURNED ALL 3 OF OUR CHILDREN AGAINST ME. EVERYONE I TALKED TO FOR LEGAL ADVISE, ATTORNEYS, THE COALITION FOR DV ALL TOLD ME MY SITUATION IS UNFORTUNATE, HOWEVER IM NOT THE 1ST AND NOT THE LAST, THE ONLY ADVISE I GOT WAS TO WALK AWAY AND WAIT UNTIL MY DAUGHTER IS 18. WHO TELLS A MOTHER THIS WHEN HER CHILD IS IN A DANGEROUS SITAUTION?? SOME OF THEM WHO ARE FAMILIAR WITH JUDGE LUCKY SAID HE'S USUALLY A NICE GUY, . HE MUST NOT LIKE YOU. MY ATTEMPTS TO RECUSE HIM ALL DENIED, HE DENIED ME ATTY FEES, 99.99% OF ALL ORDERS IN MY CASE WERE IN FAVOR OF MY X WHO WAS ARRESTED AND CONVICTED FOR SPOUSAL BATTER AND VIOLATING MY RO IN 2005. HIS ATTORNEY MICHELLE PENNA USED MY BEING A VICTIM OF DV FOR SO MANY YEARS AND USED THAT FACT TO MAKE EVERY KIND OF FALSE ALLIGATION SHE COULD HAVE USED AND I WAS RENDERED HELPLESS IN THE COURTROOM WHERE THE LAWS AND THE JUDGE IS SUPPOSSED TO PROTECT ME AND THEY FAILED, . FAILED HORRIBLY. FINAL APPEARANCE WAS 2/9/12, I SIGNED A WRITTEN AGREEMENT, I ASKED FOR A COPY OF THE AGREEMENT SEVERAL TIME AND I WAS REFUSED SO I WENT TO THE COURTHOUSE LAST FRIDAY TO GET A COPY MYSELF AND I DISCOVERED THAT MY X'S ATTORNEY ALTERED THE AGREEMENT AFTER I SIGNED IT TO SHOW I WAS WAIVING MY RIGHTS FOREVER TO ALIMONY, WAIVED MY RIGHT TO APPEAL AND OTHER THINGS THAT I DID NOT AGREE TO AND WERE NOT ON THE AGREEMENT WHEN I SIGNED IT. NOW DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO, I'M HOPING GIVEN THE CIRCUMSTANCE OF DOCUMENT BEING ALTERED THAT THERE IS A WINDOW OF TIME TO FIGHT IT. I NEED HELP ASAP, . PLEASE CALL ME (951)254-8643 |
