Do not use this contractor or you will come to regret it. I am in the middle or remodeling my house and used thes contractor as a general contractor for the work the needs to be done. Before we started I had the contracter give me an itemized list of the work to be done and associated estimate of work. The contracter said he needed money to buy material for and to pay for his workers so several payments were made in the process of the renovations. This is when the problems started. The itemized things we had agreed upon that needed to be done were not finished. Several mistakes were made due to the inattention of the contractor to the workers performing the work. Wrong material was purchased and could not be returned. Shotty workmanship and poor quality of work caused me to fire the contractor and hire other professionals to redo what was done and finish the work commenced. When I confronted the contractor about the unfinished work, shotty workmandship and poor quality, his answer was that it was a process and that I didn't understand and that he needed more money to finish. When I pulled out the itemized budget list and asked him where the money had gone since the work wasn't finished, he told me he had to get back to me. He actually did, but none of the projects were within budget. The straw that broke the camel's back was that he used a line item to justify his expences that I had paid another contractor for directly. When I confronted him with that his story changed and he told me that I hadn't given him the money despite I had receipts of the cancelled checks I wrote him. He finally got upset that I didnt want to give him more money and told me that without money he couldn't work and he left the house and the work unfinished. Late, shotty workmanship, poor quality, unfinished work and over budget is what you can expect from this contractor. I later found out that a similar thing had happened to another person he was remodeling a house for. |

In the past 9 years and in several occasions I have done business with RNG Remodeling Inc. located in Dallas Texas and I can assure anyone that RNG Remodeling Inc. is a very professional company.
I challenge this "unknown person" to stop being a coward and disclose his name, since is not very professional at ALL to post information in type of websites without a name or property information.
I'm a real estate investor in the local DFW are, and found RNG Remodeling Inc. very helpful to all my projects both residential and commercial.
