Robert Morris University Sara O'Neil Stay away from RMU Elgin! Elgin, Illinois

Stay way from Robert Morris University's Elgin campus. They do not care whatsoever about the students that attend there. Since the time that I registered to take classes there, class schedules changed about 4 times, making it difficult to work a job with a constant changing schedule. I paid to take for an MCAS (Microsoft Certification test) voucher and never was offered the actual test to be certified. I tried to notify the president, vice president, everyone in the University about the poor quality at the Elgin facility which ended up making the rest of my experience at Robert Morris more difficult (due to retaliation from Sara O'Neal). Tutors, and instructors are never there for their scheduled hours, and I started with a cohort of about 14 students now it will be down to 5 when I leave. Do not enroll at Robert Morris's Elgin Campus (as long as Sara O'Neal advises there). If you do you will just have the worst overpaid education experience ever!
