Robert Wiggens owns and operate various mugshot sites that
post people's personal information for profit through extortion.

Robert Wiggens converts public records to his use (18 USC § 641),

Criminally infringes name and likeness copyrights (18 USC § 2319 and 17 USC § 506),

stalks (18 USC § 2261A), blackmails (18 USC § 873) and extorts (18 USC § 880) money from people.

They are extorting money from people who have the misfortune to have been arrested
in the past, extortion is illegal and can subject them to legal prosecution. Posting
the information is not illegal per say, what is illegal

"To the extent required to prevent a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy,
an agency may delete identifying details when it makes available or publishes an opinion,
statement of policy, interpretation, staff manual, instruction, or copies of records
referred to in subparagraph (D)"

1- Requiring from people to pay to get their pictures taken off is illegal
2- Most importantly using your name and tagging it to search engine is illegal as per
the law in this domain and is a punishable crime.

Just because you are arrested, does not give them or anyone else, ownership over your
name. You can not legally index a person's name on the internet without permission of
that individual. Another company has been taken down because of that, "Dramatica" that
is.

Wrong buddy, arrest records are public information. Even if you think it is embarrassing. What kind of country would we live in if arrests were kept secret? You would probably be sitting in a dungeon somewhere and no one could help you.
