To make immense she offered me a free cream point male. Later she told me there was a deposit on him, after showing me videos of him and telling me they were calling him the name we were going to name him. She offered to drive him or other kittens up for the price of 100 dollars. I know its expensive to raise a kitten so i offered her 200. She told me she would try and talk the woman who put the deposit down on the cat into another kitten, and i never heard back from her so I called. She said the kitten she offered me was taken by the person who put a deposit on it. She has an obvious problem of confusing her cats/kittens especially since this cream kitten was the only one of this marking and looks different from the darker marked cats even at a young age. The fact that she offered it to me free without checking if it had a deposit was unprofessional enough, but to rub salt in the wound she will not return the 200 deposit for the delivery fee of our "free" kitten.

There were way too many cats there and it reeked. I am positive her cats have contagious problems because my vet said the upper respiratory infection was from being around other cats. I wrote her an email telling her she needed to reply asap, but she never did, so I called her after she hadn't contacted me for weeks and she said she would return the deposit the next morning. That was weeks ago and the deposit has been returned. I am honestly most concerned for the cats/kittens coming from there and their health. I have read some heartbreaking reviews of Jane's ragdolls having contagious diseases that all of their cats got infected with after getting a ragdoll from her. I just want to get my money back and get this place inspected, for the sake of the cats and basic moral standards.
