I made the mistake of purchasing a car from Rock Solid Center in Mesa, AZ. I am a victim. Their financing arm CSA - Credit Security Acceptance is just as bad. Horrible service on both ends.

STAY AWAY FROM Rock Solid Auto Center!!!!!

Rock Solid Auto just lost their BBB Accreditation.

Want to know why?

These people are professional scum bags

1) I was promised a tank of gas during the sale. It was very low during my test drive.

2) After purchase, the car ran out of gas upon exciting the parking lot

3) Monte (Salesman) goes with me to QT (gas) and gets me $10 in gas!

4) $500 down is only a bait and switch. It's just a deferred payment plan, they'll ask you to make 2 or 3 $500 1st, 2nd, and 3rd paymentsthrough CSA. www.CSAMyWay.com (garbage)

5) Unethical Business Practices - Cars are trashed cars they bought at auction.

6) They'll tell you that your best option is the most expensive Platinum warranty where your car is (after fees and taxes) $11,999 or close to it. and you should finance through CSA.

7) Your car is worth AT MOST $5,000 to $6,000 KBB value

8) Platinum Warranty is GARBAGE. When your car breaks they'll immediately tell you that it's not covered. and YES MY CAR BrOKE just like everyone else.

9) They will leave you on hold for 15-20min at a time until you hang up and call back.

10) They'll tell you that they report to all 3 credit bureaus. They ONLY report to TransUnion

11) CSA will call you multiple times the day your payment is due. NOT LATE, but the DAY THAT IT'S DUE!

12) They will threaten to Repo your car if you ask to make any changes to the terms of the loan contract. In my case, I just wanted to move it forward 2 days, and what did (Mike) from CSA say? "I'll repo your car, if I feel like our collateral is in jeopardy, just let me know if you don't want to make the payment"

I'm posting here in hopes of saving others from experiencing what I have had to live with when dealing with Rock Solid Auto Center. STAY AWAY FROM Rock Solid Auto Center!!!!!

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH THE ABOVE PERSON WHO MADE THOSE STATEMENTS! CSA/ROCK SOLID FINANCE PEOPLE ARE RUDE, INTIMIDATING, MEAN, UNREASINABLE, THREATNING, PROVOKABLE, AND SO MUCH MORE! DO NOT..DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THEM! THE DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL! THEY WILL THREATEN YOU IF YOU ARE A DAY LATE, THEY WILL PROVOKE YOU TO ANGER, THEY WILL HOLLER AT YOU OVER THE PHONE WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO SPEAK NICELY TO THE, THEY ARE TERRIBLE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE ALL EXCEPT THE MAN NAMED BO, HE IS THE ONLY ONE THAT I HAVE DEALT WITH THAT IS KIND! MIQUEL, JAMES AND ALL THE REST ARE TERRIBLE PEOPLE! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THE!!!

I HAD THE SAME EXACT EXPERIENCE. YOU TELL THEM WHAT YOU CAN DO A MONTH AND THEY TELL YOU WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO. TAKING A TEST RIDE WITH MONTE " SALES MANAGER" INFORMS ME HE HAS A DRUG ADDICT GIRLFRIEND DURING OUR TEST DRIVE AND SAID HE NEEDS ME TO GET A CAR TODAY AS IF TO SUPPORT THEIR HABIT. I LEFT VERY FRUSTRATED. NO LATE PAYMENTS N YOU CAN'T BE SHORT A DOLLAR OR YOU WILL GET THREATENING EMAILS N PHONE CALLS. THEY ACT LIKE GANGSTERS. I HAVE NEVER MET A GROUP OF PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE IN MY LIFE. OH I WAS ONLY ABLE TO GET 9.00 BUCKS FOR AN EMPTY TANK. AND ALL OF THE SALES REPS USED THE SAME LINE IN THE SAME MANOR. VERY TO ROBOTIC.

I also agree with everyone that feels like they are being strongearmed by the people at csa(crooked sales reps) they feel that My husband and I will buckle to their threats and demands from them all the time we've asked them to move the payment date so they would not be late and are told that it is next to impossible as to which we informed them that the payment would then be late. Then we are told that we have to make a double payment or at the least a payment and a half in order to make it fall on their schedule informed them that was impossible then I was threatened that they would refuse the payment or accellerate the loan thats when I told him I would contact a lawyer because it is illegal for them(csa) to do so that is when I hung up on Miguel I will not be threatened by them (csa reps) and neither should anyone else don't they (csa) realize that people aren' t stupid and are on to their tactics .

i too agree that people who enter into a 12000 dollar contract should be able to change it at will. And the fact that people call you and tell you to make your payment when it is due to so obnoxious, i was only late 11 days and already there were collectors calling me. im not stupid and im certainly not going to be held hostage by a binding contract.

I Agree with you all and someone needs to do something. They called me and said I had a payment that was due June 2, 2012 and on the payment sight I already knew payment was due June 16, 2012. The person on the phone said no it is due June 2, 2012 hank God I had took a picture f the date with my phone because I went back to print it out and they had fixed the sight where i could not get into the payment screen to see it again. I had some one call for me to Rock Solid and they spoke with Monte and he comfirmed that they had made a mistake on my contract back in march 2010. I have a paper stating payments were due on the 15th and the 30th of the Month They have been making me pay every other Saturday, so some months I pay three times within the month. You right they act just like gangster. When I tried to talk to Jeff he told me thay me and my lawyer can go F ourselves. How can you be that disrespectful and talk to a woman like that. i feel so hurt and belittled and I have no help. I am going to the courts and see if I can speak with the Attorney General or the District Attorney. We all need to work to stop this. I am a human being and do not feel like I should be treated as an animal.<<<<<<< I WILL NOT GIVE UP>>>>
