Rodale Scam where they send out books and subscriptions not ordered then try to bill for them Emmaus, Pennsylvania

Apparently I'm not the only person they've done this to. I received 2 books from them and a subscription to a mens health magazine. never ordered any of this and have never dealt with this company before. Now they are repeatedly sending me a bill for 77.00 demanding payment. I'm not sending the books back because they are somewhat pornographic and may be illegal to mail in the first place. I've taken another poster's advice and contacted the BBB of Washington DC and Eastern P.A. They seem to already have the company on their complaint list multiple times. This has to be some kind of mail fraud so I'll contact the FBI.

I had to check to make sure I hadn't posted this myself. They did the EXACT same thing to me. There's no way in hell I'd put those books back in the mail. Who knows how many states it might end up in where they would declare them pornography and come after us? I'll try to email the FBI fraud division myself.
