roduve healthcare solutions ordered and paid for goods 2 weeks ago by credit card, despite repeated emails to company no replies and still no goods I

Ordered online green tea tea bags from Roduve Healthcare Solutions on 12th August . Paid by credit card and dispatch was promised between 5 and 7 business days. When order didn't arrive I sent email and did not receive a reply. I sent a second email which I received an automated reply claiming I would receive a reply to my enquiry within 13 hours. After no reply was received, I sent a third email and have still not received a reply.

I have had the same issue I placed an order and paid on the 7th August and sent 4 e-mails still no reply.. Is there anything we can do in situations like this?? I have also noticed their are no numbers for them and I find this very frustrating. If anyone knows how to proceed from here I would love to know.

Roduve healthcare are scam .After you place your order and pay, if you product arrive should be after 4-6 weeks.After that you realized that the product is just a fraud.You should return back to them and you will never see your money back.This is my experiences with them .

That is all true. I have ordered a patch back in Jan of this year. Never did get it. Ask for a refund, never did get the refund. Now it is past the 90 days that the bank allows to claim for a refund so I am out the dollars paid to this scam operation. BUYER BEWARE

Same experience, ordered Tava Tea in February 2012 which never arrived. They responded to my emails at first in a professional manner, very apologetic offering me a refund etc. However, since emailing them to chase up my refund on several occasions, I no longer receive any replies.

I've noticed they have adverts on other websites too but it seems they are also the same people. I know this because interestingly I have now found apparent contact details for Roduve, it's a PO Box for the address and a telephone number beginning 0115 (Nottingham I think) and the same telephone number also features on some of these sites.

The telephone number is 0115 979 8477 but good luck in trying to get a response, it's an answerphone each time I try with (surprise surprise) no calls being returned.
Are there no regulations when people buy domains etc? No way of shutting down these scamming websites?
