After taken my hard earned money (5000 dollars) Ronda A. Middleton did nothing on my case, she never typed up the docs to file with the family law court in orange county ca. Now I have no more money and will never get my child support owed to me due to her incompetence or laziness or stupidity in not filing to forms on time.

Don't fall for her sweet way of talking or trying to befriend you it is just a ploy to get your money, then nothing.
She will say anything to get her fee, then no returned phone calls and no contact or updates. l had to go to the Office of the clerk to get my own files on my case.

i am now using a para legal firm and getting much more done for only $795 including the filing fees. No more bogus billings from Middleton at $ 300 per hour for nothing.

Dear Ms. Barnes:

This notice is to advise you that you have been terminated as a client immediately and you should make arrangements to seek other counsel or handle your family law matter yourself. My engagement agreement specifies that fees are earned when received and are non-refundable. The $5000 fee that you paid was a retainer, just to hire me and there is no guarantee that work will be done on your case or that any outcome will be achieved. Any attempt to collect a refund of the fees paid will result in a counter-suit. I have sued many of my clients and I have won all the cases.

I really have more important matters to deal with than represent losers like you.
