This is a real devious company, so beware. They misquoted me on the estimate(done on the phone which their representative, Paul, insisted upon), misled me into selecting an inadequate insurance coverage, the move was slower and more disorganized than I can ever detail, many items were lost and broken and when I submitted a claimfor some compensation (not even the full value of the items)the adjuster, Antoni Bastiani (who is paid byRoyal) has given me such a run around and hard time withstupid written correspondence that it is too ridiculous to describe. Last week after months of dragging their feet they finally oferred me $150 compensation-when almost $10,000 in goods were demaged and lost. I foolishly reported only $5,000 as lost/destroyed because I was trying to be reasonable. If anyone wants to consider a class action suit against these fellows I am ready.
