im really upset

i came back on runescape after a while.with this new system i have no spells only 1 confused. i have everything else but my spells . im a 108 lvl player and should have the simple spells. can u help me get them back or how to aquire them now. im pretty lost. i worked very hard to get all of them and they were taken away. it took me 5 years and did many quests . please help me. thank you.
