well here we again another ripoff by rust consulting inc of minneapolis and faribault minnesota i filed a couple of claims for the lawnmowerclass .com settlement a nationally advertized lawsuit on tv about false horsepower ratings on lawn mowers well anyway according to lawnmowerclass.com website the people who filed vaild claims could expect to receive a cash payment and a engine warranty certificate ( if applicable ) by april 2011 yeh thats right rust consulting by april 2011 well april is here and i still have not received anything people !!!! i wonder how many thousands of people are getting riped off by this company ( rust consulting ) and did not get anything either !!!! i am getting pretty tired of this company called phone number all i got was an automated message this company is very poorly run

I spoke to Russ Consulting on April 8th. They said checks would be mailed by the end of April.
I suggest everyone call their respective lawn mower company and bitch

I got a $21.84 check regarding a "rust consulting, inc. lawnmower engine hp markineting sales practice litigation settlement." I pulled this site up to see if it was valid 'cause I can't remember filing anything. The extended engine warranty certificate that came w/the check says it covers a Kawasaki engine in my John Deere riding lawnmower, so I'm guessing maybe I did file something, since I do have that lawn mower. It also states If you have any questions about payment or warranty certificate, please visit www.lawnmowerclass.com or call the settlement claims administrator at 877-773-8196. The mailing address on this was c/o Rust Consulting Inc., PO Bx 2309, Faribault MN 55021-9309.
