My wife gave Ryan Blake and Associates $875.00 with the promise that they will help her modify our loan, he promised that he will call us on regular basis and let us know that what is going on with the loan modification, apparently we had to keep on calling him, this man is running a foreclosure scam, Our house was sold 3 weeks ago and now me my wife and 3 kids are homeless. he called me one day and told me that he would like to give my wifes money back so I said that is fine, after that he faxed me over a letter saying that he will give me $2700 which I said was fine too, after that I called him many times and he kept on promising that he had mailed the check he was lying this man has no problem scamming innocent people, he keeps on changing his offices his old address was on Topanga Canyon Blvd, 9595 Wilshire Blvd and now doing some research on Ryan Blake and Associates I found out he is located in whats known as an executive suites office building at 1901 Avenue of the Stars in Century City. Meaning they are not a real company and share a secretary and office suites with 30+ other businesses. Also this guy claims to be working with a lawyer, but in fact after contacting the CalBar there is no lawyer affiliated with this firm. The CalBar has contacted the attorney general Kamel Harris in Sacramento as well as Jerry Brown. I personally spoke with Mr. Brown and Mrs Harris and they both told me there has been an ongoing investigation on this clown and they are days away from kicking in his door! This is just another fly by night firm thathas temporary office space so they can move when the federal and local uthorities are on their trail again. Do yourself a favor and dont be scammed like I was by this crook!

Thank you for your comment on ryan blake. We was going to use hem to hale us in are morage loan. We are waiting for a call from the ceo cole swansom. And we are not useing them

I'm sorry to here about what happened to you, but we used Ryan, Blake & Associates and we were able to get a successful modification. I also worked with Cale and he seemed to know what he was talking about...When we signed up we visited there firm on 9595 Wilshire Blvd we were able to meet with the Attorney personally which definitely helped us choose them. I don't have anything bad to say about them as they saved me and my families home from foreclosure.
